Beautiful property with welcoming employees from the valet to the front desk to maids. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels available in the deluxe double room. Gorgeous views of downtown and reunion tower all around...

The breakfast was great with a pancake, the staff was extremely friendly. Magnificent location - walking distance to everywhere we needed.

It was in the central location near downtown.

The staff were all helpful, welcoming.

We liked staff and rooms, this hotel had essentials we need.

This was a pleasant stay in the executive room. Brand-new room, that also was neat with a great view. The staff were attentive and courteous, were waiting for us in the gorgeous lobby. The airport was 15 minutes' drive away.

Although we agreed to pay usd 10 per 24 hours to access the net, Wi-Fi was very poor.

I was very impressed with the roadside view of the hotel. I feel in love with the hotel when I first walked into the lobby. Then once I got into my room, I knew that I made the right choice. Valet parking was awesome. We called for our suv, and it was waiting for us once we made it outside.

I really was not greeted warmly from the desk staff. It was very busy that night when I checked-in, and I believe that the staff was somewhat tired.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel the 26 -29 of October for our anniversary. On the Internet the hotel looked really great...our room was ok .. The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly we told the front desk about it and they said they would send maintainence to fix it.. We were gone most of the day and the sink was not fixed when we got back. The bathroom could have used some tlc the floor was not clean looking and the pillows were very uncomfortable. We also had people on our floor that kept slamming their door from 3-4:30 am. We also told the front desk about to the next morning.. Don't think anything was done about this situation. When we check out the staff was nice but nothing was said to us about our stay and invited us to come back and stay at the Hilton . Also I don't think their should have been a charge for parking or the Internet service. More than likely we will not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Just a solid selection for a brief pause in Dallas with great value for money. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. Consider dining outside the hotel for better breakfast options.

Comfortable bed and Peter Thomas Roth toiletries. Request for higher floor overlooking the freeway for a good view. Clear glass elevators. Great location,near to Galleria Mall. Concourse from parking lot to the hotel.

No small fridge,no hairblower. No free wifi. The vending machine on the 11th floor charged my credit card doubled than the regular amount.

Some motel beter than this hotel due to the Booked.net show us the hilton with out tax and the price only 337 but the take from me 500$ ???

The buffet breakfast was delicious and it was great to have a shuttle taking us to Target and the mall. However, the bathroom was oddly designed and tight on space.

I liked the salmon in the restaurant.

Parking was awful. I have a lifted truck and no one knew where to tell me to park. I was having to move it to a different place every day and our room didn't heave a refrigerator which was an inconvenience.
